Welcome to Mirk Woo’s official website.  The following terms and conditions apply to consumers in Mirk Woo official website.  We recommend that you read our terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase on our official website.

ORDER

You can order online 24 hours a day. We process orders from 9am to 5pm daily.  We will publish the product inventory in the product details, please carefully confirm whether the product you want to order requires you to wait for the production cycle, we will pack and ship the goods in good condition within 3-5 natural days, we will ship the goods that need to wait for production within 15-30 natural days after receiving the order, please be aware that the goods that are shown to be in stock after placing the order. You can apply for a refund before receiving the logistics tracking email, and the credit card fee will be deducted from the total amount.  We do not accept refunds for any reason before shipment of products that require production cycles.  For products that have not been shipped for more than 30 natural days, we will send you an email to confirm your needs, whether you are willing to continue waiting for delivery or initiate a refund.

When you place your order, we will immediately send you a receipt via email confirming your order was placed.  Please note that this receipt is not a confirmation of the order and the order is not binding on us at the time. No binding agreement has been entered into between you and Mirk Woo until we confirm by email that the order is binding on us.  Final order confirmation will also include delivery and tracking information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, product or service description or price error, your order error, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions are suspected.

RETURNS&REFOUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to receive your item and request a return.

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, and while considerable effort has been put into describing and photographing all items as best as possible, the colors may vary from screen to screen, and because the raw materials used in Mirk Woo products are unique, the products you receive will normally have some differences from the pictures. Slight deviations in color and shape are not considered defects within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, labeled, and guaranteed that the original packaging is still usable.You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return and the address you will need to cooperate with us to provide your return. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and get it right.

/Exchange/

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return it, and once the return has been accepted, buy new items separately.

/Refunds/

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know if you approve the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded with the original payment method within 10 working days. Any no reason charges (including logistics insurance), handling charges and any taxes that may be incurred as a result of an unjustified return will be deducted at the time of refund.  If the product is returned due to its own reasons, the return and exchange freight shall be borne by us. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
