The original meaning of Mirk Woo is misty forest. 

The yearning for the tropical rain forest where huge plants grow and the deep feeling of the vitality of the wild growth of huge plants，laid the determination to pursue the style of barbarism. 

We take design inspiration from barbarism architecture.In addition, the delicate and restrained modeling is integrated with the savage and rough carbonization process, so as to achieve the aesthetic balance.

From the unfamiliar feeling of the familiar architecture given by Cobusier we have our own association and definition of brutalism.

We want to create new things through the design language of brutalism to “soul landing”

“Rough – delicate, sexy – calm”  is the balanced expression that Mirk Woo pursues.

Wood carving and fir burning are preferred to form each piece of work in combination with 3D printing of renewable materials to create more possibilities for environment-friendly furniture.
